Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may open only one account on tktk. If multiple accounts are found in the same person's name, all of them will be cancelled and the account balances may be forfeited. Attempting to open two separate accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or payment method is also a violation of this policy.
3.2 Providing Accurate Information
Users must provide truthful and complete information at registration. If incorrect or misleading details are found in the name, mobile number, date of birth, or payment-related information, tktk may suspend the account.
3.3 Login Security
Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify the tktk support team immediately. Any loss arising from sharing account details with a third party is the user's own responsibility.
3.4 Account Verification
After successfully registering on tktk, an account verification ("KYC") process may need to be completed. This verification may be required before withdrawing large amounts or claiming certain bonuses. Providing the required documents promptly makes the verification process straightforward.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently active for depositing funds on tktk. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposited funds become available to use once they are reflected in the account.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to complete. Withdrawn funds will only be sent to a method registered in the user's name. It is recommended that the same method be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
4.3 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
tktk reserves the right to verify deposit or withdrawal amounts at any time. In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, the account may be temporarily held until an investigation is complete.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at tktk, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. That means if you deposit ৳1,000, you receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance becomes ৳2,000. You must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before you can withdraw.
5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses
tktk regularly provides a number of promotional offers for members. Notable ones include:
- tktk Weekly Deposit Festival — a 50% deposit bonus once per week, up to ৳5,000, with 20x wagering.
- tktk Cricket Bonus — a 30% bonus on deposits made during a cricket match, up to ৳3,000, with 15x wagering.
- tktk Slots Reward — a 40% bonus on weekly deposits in the slots section, up to ৳4,000, with 25x wagering.
- tktk Birthday Special Gift — a reward of up to ৳1,000 on an active account during the birthday week, with 10x wagering.
- tktk Refer a Friend — a reward of up to ৳2,000 when you refer a new member who makes a deposit, with 12x wagering.
5.3 General Bonus Conditions
A few general points to keep in mind regarding bonuses:
- Bonus funds are never convertible to cash — only winnings earned from bonus funds may be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specific validity period.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
- tktk reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer.
Betting Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
All accepted bets on tktk are considered valid from the moment they are recorded in the system. If a bet is not recorded in the system due to a technical issue, it will not be considered valid.
6.2 Cancellation and Modification of Bets
A confirmed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount for that bet will be returned to the balance.
6.3 Sports Betting
Results in cricket, football, and other sports betting are determined according to the rules of the relevant sport. Odds in live betting may change at any time and bet acceptance may be temporarily suspended.
6.4 Casino and Slot Games
tktk's casino section offers slots, live casino, card games, and other games. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be viewed before launching the game. The RTP and rules set by the game provider apply at all times.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on tktk:
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping a minor use the site.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transaction.
- Operating more than one account in the same person's name.
- Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or any other automated method.
- Using multiple identities or payment methods for the purpose of abusing bonuses.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 tktk's Rights

- If signs of unusual or fraudulent activity are found on the account.
- If there is failure to verify identity or evidence of providing false information.
- As a protective measure during an investigation.
8.2 User-Initiated Account Closure
A user may request closure of their own account at any time through the tktk support team. Before the account is closed, all pending bets will be settled and any bonuses will be cancelled. The process of returning any remaining valid balance will then begin.
8.3 Voluntary Break
As part of responsible gambling, any member may request that their account be temporarily suspended for a set period of time. This is an important tool for setting personal limits.
